Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you — who is not the carrier — take physical possession of the goods, and ends fourteen days later.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement — for example, by post or by electronic message:

Your decision to withdraw from the contract must be clearly stated in this communication. Optionally, you may use the model withdrawal form printed below — however, its use is not mandatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

Consequences of Your Withdrawal

In the case of a valid withdrawal, we shall reimburse all payments you have made — including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us — without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

The refund shall, as a rule, be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction — unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees or costs for the refund itself.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received back by us or until you have provided evidence of dispatch — whichever is the earlier.

You are obliged to return the goods without undue delay, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of the contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following types of contract:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are not pre-fabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which may quickly deteriorate or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded;
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed;
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, by their nature have been inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software whose seal has been removed after delivery.

How the Return Process Works

  1. Send an email to contact@fluzion.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide you with the return address.
  3. Pack the item carefully — preferably in its original packaging.
  4. Send the package back to us within fourteen days of your withdrawal notice.
  5. Once the goods have arrived with us and have been inspected, we will refund the purchase price within fourteen days.

Refunds

The refund of the purchase price is processed via the original payment method used by you. Please note that, depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take between five and ten working days for the amount to be credited to your account.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Should the delivered goods arrive in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within seven days of receipt at contact@fluzion.com. Please send us meaningful photos of the damage as well as your order number. In such cases, we will of course cover the return shipping costs and offer you, at your choice, either a replacement item or a full refund of the purchase price.
