Here we have brought together all the important information regarding delivery costs, shipping times and the payment methods offered by FLUZION for our home and garden range. The provisions below form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Costs

All prices shown on our website include the applicable statutory VAT. The relevant shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process, before you submit your order.

Please note: For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and other charges may apply, which must be paid by the recipient. These are not collected by FLUZION but directly by the customs authorities or shipping carrier in the respective destination country.

2. Delivery Time

The delivery times stated begin from the day your order is confirmed in combination with receipt of your payment. Orders received on working days before 2:00 pm are usually prepared for dispatch the same day. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Should an item not be immediately available, we will indicate this on the relevant product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure, strikes or other unforeseen events — delivery times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

3. Shipping Partners

For the dispatch of your order, we work with established logistics companies, including:

  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Hermes
  • GLS
  • UPS (for international shipments)

As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with the corresponding tracking number, so that you can monitor the status of your delivery online at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility for damages or delays resulting from incorrect address details. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address can unfortunately no longer be changed.

5. Partial Shipments

In some cases, it may be sensible to split an order into multiple shipments — for example, when individual products are available at different times. Of course, no additional shipping costs will be incurred by you as a result.

6. Payment Options

The following payment methods are available to you:

  • Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Klarna — Pay Now, Pay Later, Pay in Instalments
  • SOFORT bank transfer
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • SEPA Direct Debit (depending on country)

We reserve the right not to accept individual payment methods — for instance, depending on the order value, the destination country or other objective criteria — should this be required.

7. Secure Payment Processing

All payment transactions are conducted via SSL/TLS-encrypted and appropriately secured connections. Our cooperating payment providers are certified to PCI DSS Level 1. The payment data you enter is transmitted directly to the respective provider — complete credit card details are never stored by FLUZION.

8. Invoicing

For every order placed with us, you will automatically receive an invoice, which we send to you by email. This contains all the legally required information, including the VAT amount shown separately.

9. Delivery Issues

Should your shipment not arrive within the specified delivery period or the package show visible signs of damage, please contact us promptly at contact@fluzion.com and provide your order number. We will then immediately attend to finding a suitable solution.
